The location is great and the airport pickup made this stay super convenient and the driver Mousa was on time. It was so nice to have a view of the Roman Theater. The reception staff I worked with, Amer and Khaled were also super helpful, they speak English, are knowledgeable about the area and super responsive!
The wifi connection could have been stronger, but that was the only minor issue I had. I think the value of the hotel is very much worth it, and the people made the stay very comfortable for a first time visitor to Jordan.
